Breathwork
In addition to diet, exercise, and sleep, the quality of our breath is fundamental to our health. In fact, you can survive for weeks without food, days without water, and days without sleep, but most people struggle to go without air for more than a minute or so.

You may assume that because you are breathing right now you are doing it right (heck, you've made it this far in life). Our experience has shown that in fact, many adults have dysfunctional breathing patterns/habits. Some of the symptoms of poor breathing habits include: anxiety, poor digestive health, poor sleep, chronic neck pain, jaw pain, irritability, restless mind, low energy, low back pain, and many others. That's a lot of stuff. The good news is that by learning to breathe the way your body is designed to breathe, you can improve many of the problems that were just listed. If fact, without incorporating breathwork into your daily routine, you may find it difficult, or impossible, to fully resolve many chronic health problems that you may be experiencing.

Perhaps the best news of all: breathing is free; and it goes wherever you go! No products to buy or supplements to take or monthly memberships to keep up. It is yours to keep and use to promote your best health.
