Kristin van Wyk

Kristin van Wyk, MPT, received her BA in biology from St Olaf College in 1993 and her MPT from the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota in 1997. Prior to joining Creekside PT in 2006, she worked for six years in general orthopedics and sports rehabilitation at Minnesota Sport and Spine Rehab. Since 2006 she has expanded her skills to include the evaluation and treatment of patients with TMJ disorders receiving training at the University of Minnesota Dental School and working directly with BJ Hengelmann.

 

She has also developed an interest in working with geriatric conditions along with pursuing continuing education in the area of cervical spine and extremity disorders. She is married with two very active children. Her interests include summer and winter outdoor activities, and spending time with friends and family.
